It’s about helping you gently release what no longer belongs to you, so you can return to yourself again.
My Path
My name is Athena. For many years I’ve been drawn to the quiet intersection between the body, emotional memory, and the natural world.
Through my own life experiences, I discovered how deeply our bodies hold onto unspoken stress, past experiences, and emotional weight.
And I learned something powerful: When the body feels safe, it knows how to let go. The work I offer today blends intuitive emotional clearing with grounded practices rooted in observation, listening, and respect for the body’s natural wisdom.
There is no pressure to explain everything or relive painful memories. Your body already knows what it's ready to release.
My role is simply to help create the space for that release to happen.
What My Work Focuses On
